It’s noon and needless to say I’m starving. What an ironic time for us to find out that one of our favorite lunch places is coming to Red Bank. Bridget and I always have a Surf Taco lunch plan whenever my meetings and appointments have me traveling through Long Branch. Pretty soon, we’ll be able to go whenever the mood strikes.
The following is re-blogged from redbankgreen where all things Red Bank are posted.
Jack Anderson has a saying: “Nothing is a done deal until five minutes after the ink dries.”
The ink dried dried at 35 Broad Street, at around 4p Monday, so the deal is done. Surf Taco is coming to Red Bank.
“They are officially the tenants,” Anderson, the building’s landlord and owner of Jack’s Music Shoppe, told redbankgreen.
Check out their great menu – there’s even some really healthy stuff too! We try to mix in a little bit of both. On the order every time is a Garlic Shrimp Burrito, Malibu Veggie Burrito and Maverick’s Chicken Burrito plus other assorted Tacos because we know we’re going to have to share.
I had not heard of Surf taco until I got on Twitter and so many people were posting pictures of their mouth-watering meals. I can verify it tastes as good as it looks. Try it for yourself, you’ll understand our excitement. For a sneak peek, check out Surf Taco’s website.
